My name is Aditi Yogesh Tayade, and I am a PhD student in the Graduate Program in Translational Agricultural Sciences at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. I have a strong interest in exploring the roles of microorganisms in agriculture, environmental sustainability, and health. During my internship at the Serum Institute of India, I gained experience in Vero cell DNA extraction, PCR, and molecular techniques, along with exposure to Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and vaccine-related assays for MMR, Rotavirus, and OPV.
